  10. And  second  time  we are proud to invite you to our next party in Zywiec!  In
  11. June  '92  we  organized similar one and in guests' opinion it was quite good.
  12. Now  we  have  some  more  experience so we hope Mountain Congress will be far
  13. better...

  15. When? Where?

  18. Date:  16th of April - Friday (16:00 to 0:00), 17th - Saturday (09:00 to 0:00)
  19.        and 18th - Sunday (09:00 to 16:00).

  22. ATTENTION! ATTENTION!

  25. Invitation  Intro  was released.  First release had a fatal mistake in text of
  26. invitation!  There was written that the Mountain Congress will be held in June
  27. -  it's  mistake!  So if you've the incorrect version of InvIntro then kill it
  28. immediately!

  30. The  party will be held in Zywiec/Poland.  Zywiec is very nice town in Poland,
  31. placed  in  mountains.   And  very  important  - Zywiec is famous for the BEST
  32. Polish  beer!!!   And  also  important  -  Poland  is  very  cheap country for
  33. foreigners.

  35. Place:  "Srubka" Club.  Address:  13 Grunwaldzka Street, Zywiec City, Poland.

  37. How to reach the Partyplace?
  38.  
  39.  
  40. By  train:   You  have  to  reach  KATOWICE by an international train.  And in
  41. Katowice  you  have  to  take  a  train  to  Zywiec (directions:  Zywiec, Sol,
  42. Zwardon).   Leave  the train out, go to opposite side of the road.  There is a
  43. bus-stop.   Take the bus no.  1,10,11,15 and get off at a well signed bus-stop
  44. (look  for  banners  or  something  like  that).   Then...   you  reached  the
  45. partyplace!
  46.  
  47. By  car:  From north or west take the direction at KATOWICE.  Then when you'll
  48. be  near  the  town  or even earlier look for sign-post at CIESZYN or BIELSKO.
  49. Well, if you've not found it and just entered the town, go to CENTRUM to reach
  50. the damned central cross-road called RONDO.  If you have problems, ask someone
  51. about  RONDO.   On  RONDO  pay  well  attention!!!  YOU MUST take direction at
  52. WARSZAWA  -  KRAKoW so care about puttin' yourself on the good lane!!!  If you
  53. go  left  -  left lane!  Right - right lane!  Straight - middle lane!!!  IT IS
  54. VERY  IMPORTANT!!!   Before RONDO you will be able to see a information panels
  55. with  the  main directions at RONDO.  There should be also that direction.  If
  56. you've found that sign-post at CIESZYN before entering the city you just go at
  57. CIESZYN  and  it's  all.   BUT!   If  you've  passed  the RONDO search for the
  58. info-panels  above  road  and  as always take the correct direction.  Warning!
  59. There  can  be  a trap!  Those info-pannels are only info-pannels who ANNOUNCE
  60. the  exit!!!   DON'T  TURN  RIGHT  TOO FAST!!!  Some meters later you'll see a
  61. sign-post  on  the  ground...  That is the correct way.  Well if you're on the
  62. good  road you can relax a moment.  Just go straight, fast but carefully (fast
  63. and  carefully he, he!) The problems begin when you are near the BIELSKO town.
  64. ATTENTION!   Before  city limits you'll see a big cross-road called THE SNAIL.
  65. The  info  pannels  are on the place and you'll see the direction at ZYWIEC!!!
  66. Now  you've  to  minimize  your speed, pass to the right lane and look for the
  67. exit  at  KRAKoW  (Cracow)  and ZYWIEC.  And remember!  Near the BIELSKO city,
  68. BIELSKO & CIESZYN are NOT the same directions!!!  Well, after a small round on
  69. the snail you are near to enter the city.  There i can only say:  STRAIGHT and
  70. TO  ZYWIEC!  There are some sign-post so you shouldn't have any problems.  And
  71. remember  the golden rule!  IF YOU'RE NOT SURE, ASK!  Njah, njah, njah...  the
  72. road is worse hm?  After passing some SHITnalisators who are mainly green, the
  73. sign-posts will end.  No problem.  Just follow the main road and you'll surely
  74. reach  Zywiec.   If  you are near Zywiec you should pass under the old railway
  75. bridge (to CENTRUM) and go straight and straight till you reach the "T" letter
  76. cross-road with the signalisation.  You go on left pass ON the bridge and turn
  77. to  the  first  road  on right.  There is a sign-post at KORBIEL€W.  If you've
  78. done  well  you should see a BUS STOP on right.  Now follow the main road till
  79. you  will  see  another  BUS STOP.  At the cross-road turn to the right and go
  80. straight.   After  about  30  seconds you will see another cross-road with the
  81. level crossing on the right road.  There you turn to the RIGHT BEFORE and LEFT
  82. just  AFTER the level crossing Now go straight and after another bus-stop turn
  83. LEFT and pass the another level crossing, go to the end of this short road and
  84. turn  right.   Now  follow  the  main road and at left side you should see the
  85. easy-recognizable PARTY PLACE where you will be WELCOMED by someone from GRACE
  86. PL.  If you come from SOUTH pass the frontier in CIESZYN and take direction at
  87. BIELSKO  and  there  at  Zywiec (the same SNAIL cross-road) after do just like
  88. does the people coming from KATOWICE direction....

  93. Entrance  fee  is  10DM  (too  cheap?).   This  is  only  entrance fee without
  94. sleepingplace,  but  there are some cheap (really) hotels and campings around.

  102. Some general rules on the party:

  104.   - BOOZING on the partyplace is NOT permitted!  Remember!  But don't worry!
  105.     There is a pub called  "Kufloteka" with lotsa beer, wine and vodka.  You
  106.     can get  boozed,  but  if  you will be agressive, destructive and so  on
  107.     then you will be kicked out.
  108.  
  109.   - SMOKING  is  permitted  only in the indicated places -  non smokers are
  110.     more important.

  112. If you don't like these rules, you are not forced to come.

  117.   - enough place for 200 visitors - only AMIGA freaks!!!
  118.   - cinema-hall with bigscreen, excellent place for competitions (we think so)
  119.   - fast food bar inside full of fast food and drinks,
  120.   - a guardian (not the dragon),  who will keep an eye on your machines during
  121.     the nights,
  122.   - bulletin board with all the possible informations about everything:
  123.     (trains, cinemas, monuments and so on),
  124.   - and as always some surprises...

  133. 1.  MUSIC-COMPETITION (begins at 11:00 Saturday).  Rules:
  134.  
  135.   - the compo is anonymous (voting for musics, not for musicians),
  136.   - ONE module for one musician, but max. TWO modules for a group,
  137.   - time limit: 2 minutes 30 seconds,
  138.   - disk should be well indicated (title, author),
  139.   - there can be only one module on disk (in "modules"),
  140.   - all the particular marks in the title (only here) are not allowed,
  141.   - module should be made on Protracker (2.2a or higher) - we are not
  142.     responsable for incorrect playing of NoiseTracker or Startrekker mods,
  143.   - if you are using other musicprogram, make the music executable or support
  144.     it with the replayer,
  145.   - the composer must be present on the party (no cheated modemtrade modules),
  146.   - remember: SADDAM (or a clone) on disk equals disqualification!!!
  147.   - deadline - a hour before music-compo.
  148.  
  149. We will use a special replayer (with Pro2.2a source) - we are not responsable
  150. for the bugs in it.

  152. 2.  GFX-COMPETITION (begins at 19:00 Saturday).  Rules:
  153.  
  154.   - the compo is anonymous (voting for pictures, not for graphicians),
  155.   - max. 3 pictures for one graphician,
  156.   - disk should be indicated (as previously),
  157.   - disk must contain only pictures for compo (in the root),
  158.   - the pictures must be viewable from Deluxe Paint 4.1 (not possible?),
  159.   - no signs on pictures - make it on the disk,
  160.   - no scanings and stoneage pics,
  161.   - SADDAM (you know!),
  162.   - deadline - 2 hours before gfx-compo.

  164. 3.  DEMO-COMPO (begins at 22:00 Saturday).  Rules:
  165.  
  166.   - the demos must run on a stardard Amiga - kick 1.3 and 1 megabyte (if there
  167.     are some particularities indicate it on the disk),
  168.   - only brand new productions - released on our party,
  169.   - all the demomakers not permitted,
  170.   - deadline: a hour before the compo.
  171. PRIZES?  This is not Hurri-lame party so the prizes will not be very big. Now,
  172. we are unable to say you the details.  We'll do all the possible for making it
  173. as big as possible.

  175. There will be also some funny & crazy compos for everybody.  Come and see it.

  180. You  can  vote  for  as  many  titles  as you want - points scale 1 to 10, for
  181. example:  xxx - 9p, yyy - 1p, zzz - 4p and so on...
